Refund policy

Our first-order guarantee. If your first order of Live Crispy is not for you, email info@livecrispy.com within 30 days of delivery and we refund it in full. No return needed. This applies to a customer's first order.

Later orders. Food is not returned, so please do not mail bags back. If something is not right with a later order, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Damaged or missing items. If an order arrives damaged or short, email a photo within 7 days and we send a replacement.

Refund timing. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of our email confirming it.
